If you’re ready to make relaxation a priority, we encourage you to set aside set five minutes each day to allow yourself time just be. No TV, no radio, not even a book or a magazine. You should also resist the urge to do chores. Don’t feel guilty—it is a productive use of time that is vital to your overall relaxation.
