We are surrounded by misinformation, overprocessed foods, food additives, and harmful chemicals. We know this isn’t groundbreaking news but think about the effects this constant bombardment has on our body, mind, and spirit. Being healthy has never been so confusing. We are left asking questions like should I be a vegan? Should I go paleo? Do I need to avoid dairy? Is gluten going to destroy my life? Is there anything I can eat besides fruit and vegetables?
Making the healthy choice doesn’t have to be confusing, and it shouldn’t be confusing.
